Lifeline Consultants, Inc. offers this approved CPR Heartsaver Course in accordance with the standards and guidelines of the American Heart Association (AHA) for rapid training of non-medical personnel.

The training is completed in less than one business day. Upon successful completion of the course, participants are awarded a Heartsaver Certification in accordance with the AHA.

The Heartsaver course includes:

  • Signs and Symptoms of a Heart Attack
  • Risk Factors in Heart Disease
  • Video on Heartsaver CPR
  • Adult "One" Rescuer CPR
  • First Aid for Choking
  • Mannequin Practice and Testing


An annual refresher course is required to maintain certification for those courses which offer certification. The four-hour refresher course includes a review of appropriate topics, mannequin practice, evaluation of students' skill performance and a written exam.


Lifeline Consultants, Inc. can provide Instructor training for certification to become CPR/First AID Instructors. Ideal for those who would like to teach their own courses.  All certification is through ASHI - American Safety and Health Institute. 

Intro Course on First Aid

Introduction to Emergency to Emergency First Aid is a one hour seminar in how to apply Emergency First Aid for a victim of choking or sudden illness until professional assistance arrives.

Topics covered in the program include:

  • Symptoms of a Heart Attack
  • Basic Bleeding Control
  • Seizures
  • Questions and Answer Session


The Standard First Aid Course is an intensive eight-hour training seminar covering first aid emergencies. This training enables individuals to recognize and respond to medical emergencies in the office, home or community. Upon successful completion of training, students will be awarded First Aid certification.

Heartsaver and Family is a 6-8 hour training session that includes both adult and infant/child CPR. This course is taught in accordance with the standards and guidelines of the AHA and is divided into two 3-4 hour sessions. Upon successful completion of the course, participants are awarded Certification.
